It's Burns' Night so haggis for dinner. We'll probably open a red wine too but I always make a Bobby Burns' cocktail too.
Bobby Burns (1 shot whisky, 1 shot dry vermouth, 1tbsp herbal liqueur like Benedictine or Jagermeister)
We're not Scottish but as I enjoy cooking it's nice to use celebration days to have something different - he did after all write a song we all sing 'Auld Lang Syne'
